Save our Essex libraries

Libraries are a vital community resource. The Liberal Democrats are calling for the range of services in our libraries to be widened and for central government to properly fund local councils.

The Lib Dems are also supporting the cross-party group Save Our Libraries Essex (SOLE). You can help the campaign by joining their Facebook Group here.

We the undersigned call on Essex County Council to abandon its plans to close 25 libraries and possibly 19 more.
